Don't Panic is an EDM Production Crew dedicated to bringing solid and intimate dance parties to Santa Cruz. This site is a single public face for you to follow. It encompasses all of the people and process behind it's events. Don't Panic is a collective of DJs, Visual Artists, Sound & Light Designers, Party People, and Schemers. Together they can provide a complete experience within one evening. These Musical Events will focus on providing first class sound and atmosphere while encouraging community among the attendees. What you can expect out of a Don't Panic Presentation is a night of out-of-body and mind-traveling within a new world of dance and stimulation.
Our goal is to expand the local underground electronic music palate. Santa Cruz is over-populated with a certain sound and locked within a group of well-informed individuals. We want to encourage a stronger EDM scene so friendships can develop and flourish outside our events. Primarily, we will work to instill a sense of belonging for our participants within a series of outdoor celebrations. Using the backdrop of the vast night sky we will impose beats until it becomes undeniable: we are all one in the music and cosmos. As these events chain together and your faces become integral parts of Don't Panic, we hope to foster a healthy community.
